Nomination for election of one Category 1 Director:
When Director nominations closed on 8 October 2017, one nomination had been received for the one Category 1 Director vacancy. The nomination received was from Erina Kilmore from Australia Zoo. Therefore, Erina will be elected unopposed to the Board of Tourism Noosa Ltd at the AGM.

If you can not attend the AGM in person, PLEASE CLICK HERE to download the proxy form and voting paper.

This form must be received by the Secretary, Tourism Noosa, by 10am on Tuesday 23 October 2018 - please email the form to fiona@tourismnoosa.com.au or post to PO Box 581 NOOSA HEADS, Qld, 4567.

Paperless AGM:
As part of Tourism Noosa's ongoing commitment to eco-friendly practices, we are aiming to conduct a 'paperless' AGM and ask you to please download the agenda and minutes to your mobile device (tablet, smartphone, iPad, laptop etc) and bring your mobile device to the AGM. This is the preferred method for your ease of access to these documents.

Paper copies of the agenda, minutes and Annual Report 2017/18 will not be available at the AGM.
