Overnight encounter coming for Australia Zoo

Overnight encounter coming for Australia Zoo

Animal lovers will be able to enjoy an overnight encounter at Australia Zoo which is planning to expand with a dedicated ‘live-in’ experience at its Beerwah site on the Sunshine Coast.

The nature-based tourism project will consist of 8 cabins, 32 recreational vehicle sites and 68 bush camp sites, a reception area and amenities.

The project has been architecturally designed to blend with the site’s natural attributes and will provide the ultimate camping experience in authentic and natural surroundings.

Visitors staying at the camping site will be able to walk directly to the zoo via a pedestrian link across Irwin Road.

The experience will increase visitors' knowledge and passion for wildlife, and will support Australia Zoo's conservation visions.
